Perinatal Psychology Support
In my clinic, I specialise in supporting individuals and families through all kinds of baby-related challenges. You may be struggling to fall pregnant, finding it difficult to connect with your baby, or realising that pregnancy isn’t what you imagined. Perhaps you and your partner feel out of step with each other, or you’re finding the postpartum period overwhelming. For many, the heartbreak of losing a baby brings grief that feels unbearable and isolating.
All of these experiences are welcome here. Both women and men can face these challenges, and no one should face them alone. Through my relational approach and a perinatal psychology framework, I will walk alongside you as you navigate these tender and complex experiences.

Parenting Support
As children grow, postpartum challenges often give way to new parenting struggles. Whether you’re navigating life with a toddler, preschooler, or teenager, or finding yourself at odds with your partner about parenting approaches, this is a space to explore those difficulties and work toward more harmony in your family.

Couples Counselling
Relationships naturally experience seasons of change, and at times you and your partner may find yourselves feeling disconnected, misunderstood, or caught in patterns of conflict that are difficult to shift. Whether you're navigating the transition to parenthood, infertility, pregnancy or infant loss, differences in parenting, or the everyday pressures that can place strain on a relationship, this is a space to slow down, reconnect, and better understand one another.
Using a relational and attachment-informed approach, together we will explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen communication, and foster greater emotional connection.
